Warranty Services


AGTFederal provides a wide variety of warranty and maintenance options to best meet their requirements. Offerings range from manufacturers’ standard warranties on hardware up through a number of enhanced maintenance services including 24/7 Technical Assistance Center (TAC) access, advanced replacement of equipment, next day on-site service, and part-time/ full-time bodies on site for warranty, support, and operational activities. Options include:

Advanced Hardware Replacement Traditional “break-fix” maintenance plays a crucial part in ensuring the continual success of a product or solution provided by AGTFEDERAL. We can’t fully control the fact that equipment is occasionally subject to failure and may require replacement. What we can control is how we allow that occasional failure to affect our customer’s operations. Advanced hardware replacement and telephone technical support are extremely important elements to ensure that downtime is minimized.

Next-day On-site Technical support AGT provides extended and enhanced next-day hardware maintenance for select products from our manufacturer partners. Manufacturer provided parts and software programs complement our proven professional service plans, and ensure the complete coverage of hardware related outages.

Trouble Ticketing System AGT enables web-based, on-line entry by AGT Technicians (Login and passwords required) on our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. All web-based Trouble Tickets generated have automatic email and pager notifications, escalating tickets to the appropriate personnel.

Part-Time/ Full-Time Engineers On-Site are available for more complex and/or larger installations in order to provide comprehensive, ongoing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities.
